Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply when you request or confirm a travel booking with Sarkar Holidays. They should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and any supplier-specific fare or package rules.

By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have authority to book on behalf of all passengers named in the reservation.

All quotations, package prices and flight fares are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices shown on our website or provided by our team are indicative unless explicitly confirmed as final.

Airline fares, hotel rates, visa fees and taxes may change before a booking is ticketed or confirmed. We will always reconfirm the latest price with you before you proceed.

You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates of birth, passport details and contact information match official travel documents exactly.

Errors in passenger details may result in additional charges, denied boarding or the need to rebook. Sarkar Holidays is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

A booking is only confirmed once any required deposit or full payment has been received and supplier confirmation has been obtained.

Payment methods and schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by bank processing or incomplete payment.

You must ensure that all passengers hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations and other documents required for the journey.

Where we provide visa application assistance, this does not guarantee approval. Final decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

Amendment and cancellation terms depend on the airline fare rules, hotel policy or package conditions applicable to your booking. These will be explained before you confirm.

Refunds, where permitted, are processed according to supplier rules and may take time to be returned by the airline, hotel or payment provider.

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance for international journeys. Insurance cover terms are set by the insurer and should be reviewed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, Sarkar Holidays acts as an agent arranging travel services supplied by third parties such as airlines, hotels and tour operators.

We will use reasonable care in selecting suppliers and communicating booking information, but many services are ultimately delivered by those third parties under their own terms.
